More Haute Cuisine Coming to Hudson

Sam Pratt has some welcome culinary news: some of the folks behind wd-50 — Manhattan’s ritzy restaurant celebrating the science of fine food with “molecular gastronomy” — are opening a new spot in Hudson. Benjamin Freemole and John McCarthy will be opening The Crimson Sparrow on Warren Street on June 20th.
