Contemporary in Stone Ridge, $545,000

As you can probably imagine, we get a lot of new listings in our email inbox every day. Most of them are pretty unremarkable, but this one certainly caught our eye, for obvious reasons. Sexy, no? We particularly like the foot bridge connecting the main house to the studio. Nice touch. Inside, it looks like someone went nuts in an Ikea store. Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

Sits on two acres in pretty Stone Ridge (Ulster County), looking well secluded behind lots of trees, although that’s often a seasonal arrangement. Located the end of a private driveway off of Sun Creek Lane. Property just listed today, so keep an eye on the price.

And sorry to burst your Ikea bubble, but those green and orange footstools are from Design Within Reach and way more money than anything at Ikea. (I should know, I bought 2 myself, awhile back).
